Privacy notice
This page belongs to CVNext. This notice explains what we collect when you visit the page or leave your details, why, where it is kept and for how long.
What we collect
- What you enter in the form: name, phone, company and, if you choose, email, role and hires per year.
- How you reached the page: the source and campaign in the link (for example LinkedIn or the newsletter), the weekly episode, and the name of the site you came from. This is stored with your request.
- Visit statistics: the page, language, device type (phone, tablet or computer), the time, and whether you started the form. To tell that two pages belong to the same visit we keep a one-way hash computed from your IP address and browser type with a key that changes every day and is deleted after two days. The IP address itself is never stored.
Why
So a CVNext sales rep can get back to you about CVNext, and so we know which episodes and channels bring requests. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Who sees your request
The CVNext sales team. When your request is saved, a message with all the details you entered is sent to our sales group on Telegram (a Telegram service whose servers are outside Israel) so we can call you back quickly.
Where and for how long
- The data is stored on our server in ישראל.
- Visit records that did not lead to a request are deleted after 180 days.
- Requests are deleted 24 months after their last update.
- Article subscriptions are kept while you are subscribed and deleted 30 days after you unsubscribe (every email carries an unsubscribe link).
- Automatic deletion runs once a day.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. After you send the form, one cookie is kept for five minutes only so the thank-you page can greet you by first name; it is deleted when that page loads.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, together with the visit record linked to it. Write to us at info@infoneto.com.
